VR Etruscan Shell & Seawead Pattern Creamer, As Is

NOT PERFECT, AND BEING SOLD AS IS, THIS IS A 'SAVE ME' PROJECT FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO KNOW AND LOVE THIS BEST OF THE BEST OLD ETRUSCAN MAJOLICA PATTERNS. This is one of the most prized of the majolica patterns, and a very rare old piece of it at that - a wide mouthed milk or cream pitcher. That it needs a handle restoration and the repair of 3 little rim chips seems minor compared to the relative value to be realized if you have a great restorer to work with. The one we use is back-logged for months, so we thought we'd offer this with such a low price, you'd be nuts not to contact your own restoration people about it. Best of luck in acquiring this 'as is' piece. All damage is noted. There are no cracks or damage other than what you see in the photos. The interior pink lustre glaze is wonderful, by the way, as is the high color of the piece itself. NOT SO HOT CONDITION, but restorable. See image spread for notations of all damage. The thing is, you can either restore this one professionally for about $50 and have a $400 pitcher, or you can leave it as it is and use it as a planter/spoon holder - whatever, with your other fine Shell & Seaweed pieces.
