1923 Elgin 15J Gold Filled Gents Fancy Dial Pocket Watch

A classic Art Deco era 15 jewel gold filled 25 year case Elgin pocket watch. The watch is "NOT working" and will need repair or service. I am able to set the watch, the hands move freely, it winds a little. If I rock it back a forth a few seconds, the second hands move and the watch ticks for about 5 to 10 seconds. The movement is numbered 2630538, the case reads "Keystone Watch case 8544062" inside the dust cover reads "J Boss 15 years 8544062". The finish is high polished and very reflective, I had a bit of trouble with reflections while photographing. Case is in excellent condition with only minor light scratches, dial is also in very nice shape. The hands of the watch are metallic blue color, the crystal is glass. The entire case measures 1 3/4" across, the works measure 36mm across. I am not experienced with old watches and do my best to give a thorough description with lots of pictures.
