Antique Covered serving bowl in the beautiful 'Heumann' pattern by John Maddock & Sons Royal Vitreous England. The pattern features fabulous blue/green flowers in draped garland swags. The green Maddock & Sons stamp dates this piece from 1896-1908. The dish measures 11 1/4" wide handle to handle by 7 1/4" and 2" deep. 5 1/2" tall with the lid in place. There are two very small chips, one on the inner rim of the lid, and the other on the inner rim of the base. The lid also has small spider stress lines near the top handle. This does not go through to the other side.(Please see pic's of all 3 issues) These are all very minor blemishes on an otherwise spectacular piece.
