The heels indicate ca. 1895 on these shoes through turn of the century. This is an interesting pair of shoes similar to its male counterpart listed. They are a shiny black with the inside lining having separated from the shoe. These are sold "as is" and I wouldn't recommend trying to wear them as they aren't real sturdy. One shoe is missing the tongue and there is a 1/4" split on the edge of one shoe and a piece of one of the heels is missing. The laces are new. The heel portion of the lining is kidskin. Please look carefully at the photos. I did condition them on the exterior. The material of the shoe could be the first patten like leather. The measurements are 9-1/4" on the inside and 2-3/4" across the ball of the foot with the heel being 3/4" tall.
