Andy Warhol Signature on Campbell's Soup Ad

Presenting........ this signed Campbell's Soup advertisement from a National Geographic magazine c.1930's. Now, the rest of the story:

I obtained Andy Warhol's signature on this Campbell's Soup advertisement at the Columbus Ave. Flea & Farmer's Market held at a school on Columbus Ave. between - I think -78th and 79th Street and across from the Museum of Natural History in New York City. Mr. Warhol would stop by every once in awhile as did other entertainment , movie stars, celebrities and an occasional stray politician. He always arrived with his entourage and caused quite a stir among the dealers there. He was a very quiet man, very polite and shy and I was a bit shy myself in approaching him and asking him to sign the ad, however, I decided to do so and he was most gracious in consenting. To the best of my recollection this was in the winter of 1986 as I remember it being cold and I didn't take a space inside until November. It might have been earlier that year but I don't think so as I remember shortly after there was word on the news that he had passed away. The signature is real and right, I stood right next to him as he signed this. The page measures the standard Nat. Geo. size of 7" x 10" and this is NOT a copy or scan. I've had this stashed away for a little more then 20 years. Thanks for Looking! Maureen
