Antique Amberina Glass Cruet with Original Stopper - Inverted Thumbprint

This is a wonderful Amberina cruet. Amberina Glass was developed in 1883 by Joseph Lock. It is made by adding gold powder to an amber glass batch. This cruet is the Inverted Thumbprint pattern. It has a ground and polished pontil.

It has the original amber glass faceted stopper, but the stopper is not perfect. It has small flea bites on the some facet corners. The applied handle is a beautiful shade of amber. Please see the pictures for these details.

SIZE: The stopper is 2-3/4" long. The cruet itself is 4-1/4" high, and is in excellent condition. It has no chips, or flea bites.

CONDITION: wonderful pre-owned condition with slight flaws described in detail above. Please see the pictures. This is a lovely item!
