Art Nouveau 14k yellow gold diamond and jade cocktail ring

14KYG Art Nouveau ring with jade stones

Item # J3795

Circa 1900

Size 6½

This is an exceptional Art Nouveau ring that I am selling for a retiring gem dealer. The ring is Art Nouveau and authentic in every way. The ring will be accompanied with a certified appraisal dated 6/14/08 upon purchase. At that time the ring was valued at $9,200.00 replacement cost. The ring is size 6 ½ made of acid tested 14k yellow gold weighing 6.7 grams. it contains 27 diamonds and two jade stones.

Two round cabochon cut natural jadite weighing approximately 7.15 carats in total. Each stone measures approx. 9.06-9.06x4.51 mm. The jadite possess a green hue, medium tone, strong saturation and a polished luster.

Five old European cut diamonds weighing approximately .65 in total weight and graded VS-SI in clarity and G-H in color. Two mine cut diamonds .06 in total weight tip the sides of the ring. Twenty three additional rose cut diamonds weighing .20 carat and grade VS-SI and G-H complete the treasure.

All of that said, this is a beautiful and unusual ring that measures 1¼″ long top to bottom and ¾″ wide. It is a definite one of a kind piece that will stop people in their tracks. Thank-you for your continued support of Nightingale Antiques, now located in beautiful Northern California
