What is the buyer service fee?

The buyers service fee is calculated at 2.95% of the total items purchased, plus any shipping/handling, rounded up to the nearest 25 cents. It is charged on all purchases made on Ruby Lane.

The fees help Ruby Lane operate the platform and provide the best service possible.

Buyers can view a breakdown of fees by clicking the question mark icon next to the fees on their Purchase Order.
