What is the cost of a Ruby Lane shop? (Effective August 1, 2021)
Our Fee Structure is listed below. There are no hidden costs or long-term contracts.
$25 per month, includes Unlimited items
|No Maintenance Fee||
Add at least 15 items during the month to receive a rebate of $25.
9.9% based on Purchase Order total (does not include Sales Tax), Capped at $250 *
The minimum monthly cost of maintaining a shop on Ruby Lane is $25, and $0 if the Maintenance Fee Rebate requirements are met.
*The Service Fee cap is applicable to each item on a Purchase Order, irrespective of the quantities purchased, provided that relates to a single listing where an item has multiple quantities. For example, if a Purchase Order includes a decorative plate, listed as a single item, with 10 available, and those were all purchased together for a total of $5000, the total Service Fee for those 10 plates collectively would be capped at $250. If the plates had been listed as individual items and purchased together on a single Purchase Order, the total service fee would be $49.50 each, totaling $495 for all the items on the Purchase Order.
Please note that these Fee Structures may not apply to items sold during a hosted event**
