How do I mark an item On Hold or Sale Pending?

Sale Pending is effectively used to put items 'On Hold' for a specific shopper.

Sale Pending will prevent items from being purchased by another shopper.  However, the intended buyer is also not able to purchase the item until you Modify Item and change the status to one of the following:

  • Regular Price
  • on Sale
  • on Sale with Original Price crossed out
  • Reduced
  • Reduced with Original Price crossed out

Sale Pending

Alternately, you may Modify Item item and move the item to your Backroom, where only you can see it.  To make it available to your buyer,  Modify Item and move it to your Shop again.
