Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy

Payment by Paypal or Amazon on one item is expected at time of purchase. Multiple purchases wait until combined invoice is sent. Money orders are due within 7 days after commitment to purchase. ONLY US MONEY ORDERS ACCEPTED. NO INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS PLEASE! MY BANK WILL NOT ACCEPT.
Precluding unforeseen circumstances, merchandise will be shipped the next business day if payment is received by 6PM and always within 3 business days after payment is received. NOTE: We ship Monday through Friday only ~ no Saturday shipping .Buyer pays for shipping, handling and insurance. We ship First Class for most jewelry and Priority Mail for collectibles statewide unless requests are made for alternate shipping. International shipping is, in most cases, Priority. Insurance is recommended for your protection and is required on some items. Jewelry and other small items listed with Free Shipping and Insurance are sent First Class (US only). I AM HAPPY TO GIVE SHIPPING QUOTES PRIOR TO THE SALE, SO PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK. Due to some overseas shipping losses and no way to track, REGISTERED MAIL is REQUIRED on any shipment overseas. That is the only way to track shipments overseas. If you decline insurance (Registered Mail), I am not responsible for loss or damage to your order while enroute. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please note that when using First Class International shipping I am unable to insure and track items via the Post Office, therefore I cannot be held responsible for lost or broken items. Should you elect First Class and do not want insurance, you must decline insurance.
NOTE: EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES - YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF GOODS TO RETURN THE ITEM. REFUNDS WILL INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS. THE COST OF RETURN IS TO BE PAID BY YOU, THE BUYER. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND/OR IMPORT TAXES. DELIVERY DATE IS APPROXIMATELY 30 DAYS; HOWEVER, I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER DELAYS WITHIN THE POSTAL SYSTEM/CUSTOMS. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA THE INVOICE HISTORY OF THE SHIPPING DATE AND TRACKING INFORMATION. MY ADDRESS AND LOCATION AND EMAIL IS NOTED AT MY STORE FRONT PAGE. A RETURN FORM WILL BE PROVIDED WITH SHIPMENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOTED AT THE ITEM PAGE.

Restocking Fee

We charge a 15% restocking fee on all items returned. Seller must be notified within three days after receipt of item if you wish to return. (NOTE:IF NOTIFICATION IS MORE THAN THREE DAYS AFTER RECEIPT, RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED). Item must be returned insured mail at buyers expense. We will not refund on a lost item. If the item is in the same condition as when sent, upon receipt seller will issue refund for the item, less 15%.

Layaway Policy

This shop does not offer a layaway plan for purchases

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS! Please note when using FIRST CLASS International shipping I am unable to insure and track items via the Post Office, therefore I cannot be held responsible for lost or broken items. Should you select First Class International shipping, you must decline insurance.
Please email for shipping amounts if that is imperative prior to completing sale. I WILL BE HAPPY TO GIVE SHIPPING QUOTES. Shipping is combined on multiple purchases. There will be no discounts on sale merchandise unless agreed on between buyer and seller. Countered Offers must be accepted/declined within three days of issuance, otherwise, the item will be returned to stock.
