Return Policy

Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy

Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. Items shipped within three days of receiving payment. Buyer may decline insurance.

Restocking Fee

Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Layaway Policy

This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

Other Information

Money orders must be US Postal money orders only. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Melinda McDaniel or Vintage Vault and mailed to me at 26509 Cherish Way
Ramona, CA 92065.

Checks and money orders should be received within five days of purchase. I do not accept personal checks outside the US. Thank you!
