Our Service Pledge

We strive to respond to all orders with 48 hours. I deal primarily in vintage and antique items. I strive to describe the item in is as much detail as possible and support that by good and accurate pictures. My items are not new, many are over 100 years old, and they will have variations in patina and color. That is what I call excellent antique condition. These items do not look brand new. If you want something to look brand new, I suggest you peruse other sites that offer "vintage look" or "antique inspired". I of course will include any rips, stains, holes, breakages and chips in the description. Please ask questions if you have any reservations or need clarification

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy

I will ship your item within three days of payment. Default shipping is USPS first class mail. My shipping charges include packaging, handling, and insurance. While I will honor Ruby Lane's site wide return policy, please ask questions before you purchase an item from me. Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance.

Restocking Fee

We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.
