Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy
I accept PayPal, Personal Check [U.S. banks only] or U.S. Postal Service [only kind I accept] Money Orders. Items paid via PayPal and United States Postal Money Orders ship within 1-2 days. Personal Checks require 7-10 business days to clear, then shipment is within 1-2 days. Postage price quoted is to Continental US ONLY, and FREE shipping may be for a limited time. Small items shipped to Continental U.S. may be sent in padded mailing bags. Please let me know when you are mailing payment. Please make checks/money orders out to: The Frame Lady.
Payment for International items MUST be by Western Union or Paypal, then shipment is within 1-2 days. There are some countries I do not ship to, and all International Sales must be Insured/Registered/with Customs Forms.
All items shipped Insured Mail with tracking numbers which I email to you. Kindly let me know when the item is received.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.
