We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. It has been our privilege to offer quality antiques to the collector for over 40 years. we will respond to all orders within 48 hours. We offer antique items which may have imperfections in the making of the piece or show normal wear. Any damage such as chips,cracks,hairlines or discoloring or repairs would be fully acknowledged in the description. Our motto " Honest Dealings With Integrity" have served us well in our business. Buyer pays for shipping and insurance. All purchases must be insured.
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned items,
Layaway PolicyThis shop does not offer a layaway plan for purchases
All California Residents must pay 8% sales tax. The only exception is if you are a dealer and hold a valid California Resale License for the purpose of purchasing and selling used goods or antiques and can supply us with a copy of that license.
The Vault Fine Antiques does offer a Convenient In House Lay-Away Option. This is NOT through PayPal, It is our own Lay-Away program in which a reasonable down with monthly payments are required and balance due within six months. There are NO interest or finance charges for this service, your item will be shipped to you when the final payment is received. Please E-Mail or Call me to arrange for this service. (714) 288-1130.
