Our Service Pledge

Twice a week shipping, generally Tuesday and Friday, subject to holidays and occasional extreme mountain weather conditions! Careful packing, satisfaction guaranteed!

I do occasionally reuse clean packaging materials when appropriate.

Return Policy

Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy

Shipping information is listed for each item. If you purchase more than one item, shipped to the same address, discounted shipping will be applied.

Insurance is always available to the US, and registered mail is available to international customers. Insurance may be waived by customers at their own risk. I cannot be liable for lost or damaged items if insurance is waived.

Restocking Fee

Restocking fee for all returned items is 20% or a minimum of $5, and a maximum $35.

Layaway Policy

This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

Your business is appreciated but does not always fall in the general guidelines. Also insurance is not generally available to overseas locations so purchases are at your own risk, as I cannot guarantee delivery processes once your package leaves my hands***
