Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy

Buyer pays for shipping and insurance. There is no handling fee. We ship using USPS for most items. Your glass will be carefully packaged in multiple layers of bubble wrap in a new box of packing peanuts. We ship Monday-Saturday, so packages are usually in the mail within 24 hours of receiving payment. Although we package very carefully, we realize accidents can occur. All packages are sent insured. If an item is damaged during shipping, please keep all packing materials in case USPS wants to inspect the damage. Contact us as soon as possible. We handle insurance claims and will refund all your costs as quickly as possible. International customers -- many countries charge import duties and fees that the customer will have to pay when receiving packages. Please check with your postal authorities about these. Customers are responsible for all import taxes and fees.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee.

Layaway Policy

This shop does not offer a layaway plan for purchases
