We strive to charge actual shipping charges only. Often, other items can be added to your initial order at no extra shipping charge but the shipping Calculator cannot show that. Most often the buyer pays for actual shipping charges unless otherwise indicated. We DO NOT charge handling fees or packaging costs!

Layaway Plan & Terms*: A 50% Down payment of entire balance (including shipping charges) will be due within 3 days of the order placement and initial agreement. 50% of remaining balance must then be received by the Seller 30 days after the initial order date, with remainder of balance received by the Seller no later than 60 days after the initial order date unless otherwise stipulated at time of purchase. No payment is returned on forfeited layaways. A layaway will be considered forfeited if the 30 day payment is not received in a timely manner or if payment in full is not made within 60 days* of purchase (unless otherwise agreed upon with order placement, or thereafter, between shop owner and customer).* Cancellation of a layaway after the initial 30 days will also be considered a forfeited layaway.

*For purchases over $200.00, other terms regarding payments and payment due dates may be set up at the sole discretion of the seller with a buyer's written agreement, however, please note that the 50% down payment and cancellation fee terms will still apply as previously noted.

Restocking Fee

On Lay way Items ONLY. See Lay Away terms. Cancellation Fees apply: on a canceled or forfeited Layaway, if the second payment is not made at the 30 day mark (30 days from date of order), or if balance is unpaid after 60 days.

Layaway Policy

This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.
