Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy
Registered (signature required) airmail shipping is included in the price (unless otherwise stated such as items on sale).
If item is returned and originally included the shipping charge this shipping/handling/insurance charge paid by vendor will be deducted from the refund.
If there was an additional shipping/handling/insurance fee charged at time of purchase this fee will not be refunded.
Return insured shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, together with any lost paypal fees, duties and taxes incurred on returned items.
Insurance is additional and optional, please deduct from your invoice if not required.
Seller ships worldwide via Royal Mail airmail.
There is no re-stocking fee, however, please see shipping / handling / insurance charges for any deduction of these fees if item is returned.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

**Restocking and Cancellation Fees apply to the total purchase price of the item and DO NOT include shipping/handling or sales tax, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
All personal checks are subject to bank clearance so please allow 2-3 weeks extra for this.
All prices are in US Dollars and should be paid for in same. However, if you have selected to pay via Mastercard or Visa directly to our shop, the charge will be in GBP (UK Pounds Sterling) but will appear on your bill in your local currency once converted by your card issuer. We attempt to charge as close to the listed price in USD, there will however be a very slight variation. You will be informed of the charge amount in GBP prior to the transaction being processed.
Where applicable, packages will be marked "over 100 years", however, seller is not responsible for any duties, taxes or any other charge levied by local customs or other agency within destination country.
