Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy
If you live in an apartment or would like you may request signature verification for a 2.00 fee. If you are paying with Pay Pal, cash or money order your item will be mailed on the next mailing day following receipt of funds. Personal checks must clear ( usually 5-10 working days) before item is shipped. Shipment will be made to the address that is confirmed on your credit card or from the purchase order. Please make sure that the correct shipping address is given in your purchase order. Please feel free to inquire as to the Shipping and Insurance cost for any item. Multiple items shipped at the same time could be combined to cut shipping cost. We pack as carefully as possible but if breakage occurs it must be handled through the shipping agent. Always retain all original packaging so if a claim is needed you can show the shipping agent. Insurance is required on all shipments but you may refuse at your own risk.
We charge no restocking fee but you must provide return postage and insurance. The item must return in the same condition in which it was received or no refund will be given.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

**Restocking and Cancellation Fees apply to the total purchase price of the item and DO NOT include shipping/handling or sales tax, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you live in the state of Texas you must add 8 1/4% for taxes. Also if you live in the Wichita Falls area shipping can be avoided by pickup or delivery of the item. Contact me to make arrangements.
