Buyers pays for actual insurance fees. Shipping charges is based on weight and location.
Shipping Damage Policy:
Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of my careful packaging, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. I will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it.
All items paid thru Paypal can only be shipped to the verified address that Paypal has on file. This is Paypal's policy. No exceptions.
10% Restocking fee on all items returned.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

**Restocking and Cancellation Fees apply to the total purchase price of the item and DO NOT include shipping/handling or sales tax, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please Note: On international sales the buyer is responsible for duty taxes. If you do not pay the duty tax, the item will not be returned to me but will be kept or destroyed by custom. Therefore on international sales if you do not pay for the duty tax, I cannot return your $ to you because I am no longer in possession of the item you purchased. I strongly recommend that you find out what the duty tax is before purchasing.

High Cost of International Shipping:
Shipping outside the U.S. is very expensive as I ship only by USPS and use a service that can give me a signature confirmation and insurance.
1.If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact me within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price, less a restocking fee of 10%. Please note: No returns on lay-away items. No exceptions.

4.The item must be returned via the original carrier in its original packaging, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact.

I no longer accept money orders. I accept Paypal. If you use Paypal's e-check, item cannot be shipped until e-check clears. Paypal payment is appreciate at time of check out (that is when you purchase item or when you received invoice). Item not paid within 24 hours will be returned to shop and purchase cancelled. All payments made thru paypal can only be shipped out to a Paypal's verified address. If you address is not verified by Paypal you will need to call paypal and arrange for your address to be verified.
International shipping must be paid by Paypal. Please contact me before purchasing. Insurance is required.
Layaway is Available. Layaway requires 25% initial payment and balance paid within 30 days after initial payment. Any questions please email me.
