We will respond to your orders within 48 hours or sooner.
All items have been acquired from reputable sources.
Return PolicyRuby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. We use the USPS to ship. We will accommodate requests for other shipping options and would be delighted to combine shipping on 2 or more items.
All items are expertly packed and insured if you do not decline the insurance. We ship daily except on Sundays and Holidays. Please let us know if you have an urgent shipping time requirement so that we can better meet your needs.
Buyer pays for shipping, handling and insurance on all returned items.
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.
Layaway PolicyThis shop does not offer a layaway plan for purchases
Discounts are given whenever possible and on items of $50.00 or more in value. We have a very customer-friendly and individualized layaway if you prefer.
Whenever possible, we do prefer payment via check or money order. When paying by Personal Check or Money Order, PLEASE make checks payable to Sandy Gnidziejko and not our shop name.
