Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy
Shipping costs are listed on each individual item. Insurance is free within the continental United States. Buyers pay shipping and insurance costs on all sales outside of the continental United States.
If an item is returned, a 15% restocking fee on all items returned will be applied. The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Item must be returned via UPS or Fed-Ex with applicable insurance. All items must be returned in original or comparable packing. We will refund purchase price only after the item is returned in a timely fashion and, we are satisfied that it is in the same condition as when it left. Repeated ordering without completion of sale or repeated returns will result in buyer being blocked. Please be sure to make inquiries before purchasing items to avoid unnecessary cost and time. This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

**Restocking and Cancellation Fees apply to the total purchase price of the item and DO NOT include shipping/handling or sales tax, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
A sales tax of 6.75% is applied to North Carolina residents only.
All items must be paid in full before shipment. We ask that after committing to purchase (with a purchase order) through Ruby Lane, that payment via Paypal is remitted within 48 hours after the purchase order is placed. If paying by bank transfer or money order, payment must be received within 5 days of order.
We are happy to accept a deposit on an item for final payment within 30 days of receipt of deposit money. The deposit must be received within seven days of notification to us of the customer's commitment to purchase an item. The deposit must be received three days after commitment is made by client. If not, the "sale pending" status will be removed from the item and it will go back into our available inventory.
