We describe all of our items as accurately and completely as possible. Your purchases will be packed with care and we are certain you will be pleased with your new treasures. Whenever possible, we use clean recycled packaging materials. We recommend insurance on breakables. Even though we pack with great care we cannot be responsible for mishaps in transit. Note: while refunds are 100% of item we are not able to refund "actual" costs of shipping.
Note: We gladly combine purchases when possible to save on shipping costs. Buyer pays shipping and insurance. We ship by Priority Mail, Parcel Post or UPS Ground (or other services at your request).
Note: We are unable to provide insurance for internnational shipments. Seller is not responsible for mishaps in-transit, mis-shipped orders or orders not received. I will provide proof of postage, date of shipping & customs information upon request.
Our re-stocking fee is 5% of purchase price. We are unable to refund shipping charges. Please make certain you have read the description of all items carefully before purchasing. Thank you.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.
