Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy
Shipping and Handling: ***UNITED STATES: $2.00 for the first item, and $.50 for each additional item for First Class Shipping by USPS.
***INTERNATIONAL: Canada: $8.00 for the first item. Please contact me for the shipping rates if purchasing more than one item. All other countries: $13.00 rate for First Class International for the first item. Please contact me for shipping rates if purchasing more than one item. Your new jewelry will arrive carefully packed in a gold or silver foil gift box, and sent in a sturdy shipping carton or envelope.
I charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.
Layaway PolicyThis shop does not offer a layaway plan for purchases
Are you new to the Ruby Lane order process? It's very easy! Simply add the item that you want to purchase to your bag,(add to bag feature pops up with every item). If you have not registered with Ruby Lane, you will be asked to create a password. Then you will check out and choose your method of payment, etc.(you WILL NOT pay right at this time) Shortly after that, your PURCHASE ORDER will be sent to us the shop owners. We will add in the shipping charge, and send you an email copy with a paypal button, or if you have chosen to pay by check or money order, the email will have instructions about how to pay. It's that easy!!
NOTICE: You DO NOT have to create a PayPal account in order to complete your online CREDIT CARD purchase. Paypal is also a service that allows us to process credit cards. If you want to pay for your order with a credit card, but don't want to sign up for a Paypal account, please follow these instructions...
After you add the item that you want to purchase to your online shopping bag, proceed to checkout and select "PAYPAL" as your method of payment. This WILL NOT sign you up for Paypal!
Then.... shortly after that, you will receive a EMAIL from us with the shipping and tax added in, and instructions on how to get to the Paypal page to pay for your order.
When you arrive at the PayPal checkout page choose the option: "IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, CLICK HERE (button)". This will allow you to enter your credit card information to complete your transaction.
Notice: If you do not already have a (Free) PayPal account, you will be given the OPTION to create an account at the end of the PayPal checkout process. This is strictly optional.
