My goal is to please my customers by offering unique quality items with great customer service. I pledge to make every transaction pleasant & swift. Items are described as thoroughly as possible, photos are provided for more details - if an item is not as described we will promptly correct the situation.

FOR THOSE WHO LIVE NEAR TO THE ALBANY, NY AREA OR HUDSON VALLEY PLEASE ASK ME ABOUT PICK-UP DELIVERY RATHER THAN PAYING FOR SHIPPING - I AM HAPPY TO WORK WITH YOU TO ARRANGE THIS :)
All items are shipped using USPS, on most items a choice of priority, first class or parcel post is given. If you have requests for shipping methods not offered please ask & we can discuss other options. Purchase more than one item at one time and I will always be glad to ship them together (if possible) to save you money on shipping.
I ship items several times during the week. Please let me know if you have an urgent shipping time requirement. I will make every effort to ship your item to arrive in the time you desire. If I am not able to do so, I will notify you within 24 hours of receipt of the purchase order.
Items are packaged carefully but mishaps always are possible so I require that all items are insured, for your protection as well as mine. Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of my careful packaging, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. I will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it.
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

**Restocking and Cancellation Fees apply to the total purchase price of the item and DO NOT include shipping/handling or sales tax, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
I ask that all items are paid for within 3 days from purchase date but if for any reason this is not possible please email or phone me to let me know. If I do not receive payment or hear from you b1 1 week after a purchase I will assume you no longer are interested in purchasing it and will re-list the item.
