We respond to all orders within 24-48 hours, and guarantee the quality of all our items. We are not experts, but do our best to identify all items, to the best of our ability, and call any damage that is found on items, but may miss some on occasion, but we do our best.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and do our best to get quality merchandise for your consideration!!

Return Policy

Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy

Items will be shipped, usually next day, after payment is received. Payment should be made, within 5 business days, after original purchase order date!
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance.
Please! If the item arrives with damage, that occurred during shipping, save the package and contents for insurance
purposes.
I will work with you on getting the claim, by sending the original insurance slip, and it will have to be handled through
the mail carrier.
All items are packed very carefully, to insure safe shipment. I pack as if I were getting the item myself.

Restocking Fee

Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Layaway Policy

This shop does not offer a layaway plan for purchases
