Our items are very carefully inspected prior to shipping. We take exceptional care in packing and shipping to make sure your treasure arrives to you in perfect condition.

Return Policy

Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy

Buyer pays for shipping, handling, and insurance. Insurance is required for all items. We try to ship your item the same day that we receive payment; however, all items will shipped within two business days (Monday - Friday, not including holidays) from the date that payment is received. All items are packed very carefully to withstand shipping.

FOR RETURNS:

If you wish to return an item, we adhere to Ruby Lane's return policy. We do also require that you state the reason for your return when you alert us that you'll be returning the item, for reference.

Restocking Fee

The buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance, as well as a 15% restocking fee. We will consider special circumstances.

Layaway Policy

This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

*Down payment applies to the percentage of the order total, including shipping and tax.
**Restocking and Cancellation Fees apply to the total purchase price of the item and DO NOT include shipping/handling or sales tax, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Other Information

We do NOT accept credit cards for international purchases. All payments are made with PayPal; however, you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to purchase in this manner. You can use your credit or debit card. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply:

1. Choose PayPal as your payment method.
2. Complete your purchase order, and then click "Pay Now with PayPal."
3. When it takes you to the PayPal website, click on "Don't have a PayPal account?" and follow the prompts. Thank you!

Payment is due within 3 calendar days of purchase order. We will send a reminder on day 2. If no payment is received by the third day at midnight, the item will be returned to the shop and you will be blocked as a buyer.

To pay with credit card, you will need to call Easterbelle's Emporium between 8am and 3pm (Mountain time), Monday through Friday, to complete your purchase over the phone. We do not retain credit card information; it will be shredded immediately after your card is run.

For large purchases, please call our shop for questions prior to purchase. We provide very detailed photographs and descriptions. We will charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items without exception on these items. Please carefully review the photographs and descriptions prior to purchase.

Sales tax will be applicable to purchases in Arizona. We are unable to ship to Italy.

Layaway: We do offer a convenient layaway plan; please see the "Layaway" section for terms. The procedure: Please contact us if you would like to do layaway - when we have acknowledged your request, you may then complete a purchase order. The non-refundable deposit is due immediately.

If you are unable to complete your layaway purchase, we will return the item to inventory and no refund will be given.

After all payments have been completed, we will notify you and send your item promptly. For repeat customers, let us know if you need different terms.

TO OUR INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS:

We will NOT falsify customs documents. We declare full purchase value on all legal forms. This is for your protection as well as ours. All Customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the product.

Shipping estimates are based on actual shipping/transit time only. We have no control over Customs fees, or delays in Customs in the destination country. If you need your object in a specific timeframe, please plan ahead and complete your purchase well in advance of the date, or request an expedited shipping method. Thank you.
