We respond to all orders within 24 hours. Please remember "Vintage" means items have had a previous life and shows signs of normal wear, I will describe any major flaws to the best of my ability, but keep in mind the items are used unless stated.

Buyer is responsible for actual shipping, handling and insurance. Buyer may choose between the USPS or UPS and shipping rates will be based on shipping location. Buyer has the option to decline insurance. However, if insurance is declined and an item arrives damaged, Dorothy's Bling is not responsible for loss due to damages.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, please be aware of any import fees or taxes that your country may have as Dorothy's Bling is not responsible for these expenses. Thanks.
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.
