We guarantee the authenticity of our merchandise. We are anxious for you to receive your item and try to ship the next business day following payment. Our packing is done in the very safest manner and with the best supplies available to ensure protection of your purchase.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy
We use USPS Priority with insurance on items that will fit into a Priority box. On larger items, we use USPS Standard (First Class) insured or Fed Ex Ground, insured, signature required which has a delivery time of 2-3 days. Conservative estimates are made on the shipping and insurance which will not include any handling fees. The fixed costs covers packages shipped within the Continental US and others will be calculated using your zip code. We will combine shipment of more than one item. The shipping cost will be changed on the final purchase order to reflect savings. Actual shipping costs and insurance are non-refundable on returned items.
We do not refund for an item placed on layaway; however, we will accept a return for credit of the purchase price minus a restocking fee which is 10% of total price of the item. Return credits can be used on current inventory and are good for up to 30 days following the return. Email me within 3 days of receipt of the item to let me know you are returning it. The item must be returned via the same carrier, in the exact manner and condition, insured and within 7 days of receipt of the item.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

**Restocking and Cancellation Fees apply to the total purchase price of the item and DO NOT include shipping/handling or sales tax, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
8.25% sales tax will be added to Texas residents' totals. We offer returns on out-right purchases with no questions asked. Simply inform us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise that you will be returning the item in the same manner and condition as it was sent to you. Layaway up to 6 months, no refunds on layaway items but we give store credit minus 10% of purchase price if item is returned in the return procedure and manner as it was shipped to you. No refunds or credit on incomplete layaways. Please discuss a layaway with me before purchase.
