Our Service Pledge
We will attempt to respond to all orders within 3 business days. However, some of our items are located in shops which we can only get to on weekends. Therefore confirmation of the purchase orders will be made once we are assured the requested item is still available. Shipment for those items will be made on the Monday following receipt of full payment.
Returns are accepted, but must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be received in the same condition as when sold. No refunds on shipping. Restocking fees apply to all returns.
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy
FREE SHIPPING in the UNITED STATES via USPS Priority Mail Insured and CANADA via USPS First Class Mail (Canadian buyers, we will modify the invoice to reflect free shipping at time of order confirmation).
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.
