Whether you buy a $5 hanky from us or a $5000 antique, you're entitled to the same high level of customer service and attention. We make sure your item is packaged as if we were shipping a priceless family heirloom to ourselves. We love repeat customers, and do our utmost to make you want to visit Copperton Lane again and again!

Return Policy

Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy

Please note that if you order more than one item, the shipping calculator may be too high. Your total will be adjusted to actual upon receipt of order.

Rest assured that we package safely and expertly and never skimp on packaging materials. Charges for handling or packaging materials are rare but if applicable they are clearly stated in the item description or included in stated shipping cost.

We can ship almost anywhere in the world, unless the item is simply too big to be shipped overseas, or unless it's forbidden under the customs/import laws of your country.

Restocking Fee

Restocking fees are never charged for returns when there is a problem with the item, but returns for any other reason are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Layaway Policy

This shop does not offer a layaway plan for purchases

Other Information

Most of our items are for sale on other venues, so prompt payment is critical. Please do not place an order if you are not prepared to pay within 48 hours. We are no longer accepting checks or money orders unless you've purchased from us in the past. Please use Paypal, Amazon Payments, or call with your credit card information. If you are a regular or past customer, your check or money order is still welcome.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit card payments directly. Please call 208-546-4860 with your credit card info upon placing your order. We also accept Paypal - you can use your credit card to make a secure online payment without having to sign up or open a Paypal account.

Paypal and credit card payments must be received within 48 hours of purchase order placement. Checks or money orders (upon prior approval only) must be received within one week of purchase order. Items held pending payment arrival will be put back in inventory after these time periods unless other arrangements are agreed to. Idaho residents will be charged 6% sales tax unless a resale or other tax exemption certificate is provided.
