Buyer pays shipping and insurance costs. Insurance is required on all items. In the rare instance an item is damaged in transit the insurance claim must be filed by the buyer. We ship to buyers in the U.S.A. and most countries worldwide. We accept payment from international customers through PayPal only. If shipping and insurance is not already stated in the description or a shipping calculator is not included in the listing, please email your address including zip code so that we can calculate shipping for you. We ship to the U.S.A. only on layaway items. Layaway items must have a purchase price of $100.00 or more.
This shop does not have a restocking fee
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

**Restocking and Cancellation Fees apply to the total purchase price of the item and DO NOT include shipping/handling or sales tax, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Our preferred method of payment is Paypal.
We also accept Amazon payments, money orders or personal checks from customers in the U.S.A. We accept payment from international customers only through PayPal. Items paid for with Paypal or money orders are shipped a.s.a.p. , usually the next business day, Items paid for with a personal check are not shipped until the check has cleared. Allow 10 business days.
Please email us to confirm your invoice has been received. Paypal payment must be received within 3 days, other forms of payment must be received within 10 days. We will hold items on "Sale Pending" for 3 to 10 days depending on the type of payment. If no payment or communication is received during the alloted time the item will be put back in the shop for sale.
