Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy

I OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING IN MY SHOP. If you purchase more than 1 item in a day, please don't pay until I send an invoice with the corrected shipping and insurance cost.
Please note that all purchases shipped outside of the U.S. MUST be paid for through Pay Pal.
I ONLY accept Pay Pal as a form of payment for all orders mailed outside of the U.S.A.. I only ship international orders using USPS PRIORITY mail, unless otherwise stated.
About Customs, Duties, and Taxes.....
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Restocking Fee

There is a 10% restocking fee on any item returned unless the item has been mistakenly misrepresented. All items are sent in the condition listed. Damaged items will NOT be accepted as returns, as they should be reported directly to the INSURANCE CARRIER for an insurance claim, by letting me know immediately. Items damaged, or altered by buyer, will NOT be accepted under any circumstances. We must be notified of a return within 3 days of the item's delivery, and MUST receive the item back within a week of notification. All items are sent with delivery confirmation, and this 3 day period begins when the post office reports the package as delivered.

Layaway Policy

This shop does not offer a layaway plan for purchases
