Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy

Packaging, handling and shipping by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation is paid by buyer and will be added to the purchase price. Insurance is optional unless otherwise stated. We ship to most countries by USPS First Class or Priority Mail International. Please inquire about shipping to other countries and any special requirements. Payment is required within 7 days. If payment is by Personal Check, shipment may be held to allow time for check to clear.
We will be happy to combine shipping and handling whenever possible on multiple purchases.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Layaway Policy

This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop.
