Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. Buyer has to pay the shipping for returned items.
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

**Restocking and Cancellation Fees apply to the total purchase price of the item and DO NOT include shipping/handling or sales tax, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you buy something in my shop and you are not fully satisfied, you may return it within 3 days from the date you received it. If item is returned and originally included the shipping charge this shipping/handling/insurance charge paid by seller will be deducted from the refund. Please clear the shipping with me before you return the item. I do not accept returns thru FedEx or UPS. See please also our Terms of Sale.
Sales taxes are included, buyer is responsible for local custom fees.
