Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Buyer pays actual shipping, handling and insurance. We package with great care because we know what china and glass need to survive the shipping process.
Insurance is required because it is a lost package rather than breakage which concerns us.
We ship within 24 hours of payment clearing. A satisfied customer is a repeat customer.

Restocking Fee

Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Layaway Policy

This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop.
