Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy

Buyer pays for actual shipping, delivery confirmation, and insurance via USPS priority mail. When paying with PayPal, we ship only to the confirmed PayPal address. Due to recent changes in USPS shipping insurance we do not ship to all international locations, so customers living outside the United States should check with us before committing to purchase a jewel. We require bank to bank wire transfers in US dollars as payment on all international purchases. Any duties imposed on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

Restocking Fee

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Whether you pay for your jewel with Paypal, personal check, money order, or wire transfer, we refund one hundred percent of the original purchase price, not including shipping costs. Please let us know within 3 days of your intent to return an item. We would then expect the item to be back in our possession within a week from the time you informed us of the return. All items must be returned to us in their original condition and must be returned to us insured for the full value of the item. Buyer pays all return shipping costs.

Layaway Policy

This shop does not offer a layaway plan for purchases

Other Information

Sales tax of 8.5% will be charged on all items purchased within the state of California. All checks are held for ten business days for clearance before your jewel is shipped.
