My goal is that you will be satisfied with your purchase and return! You have many choices on the Internet for antiques, I would like to be one of those choices.
I will respond to all invoices, emails and phone calls as soon as possible.
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy
It is important to me that your item arrives in fine shape. It will be carefully packed with quality materials. I usually ship within 48 hours, unless I need special materials. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (insurance, etc) unless we have a prior agreement.
International Buyers: I try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Please note, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees on your items.
My shop has a 10% restocking fee. The only exception; items on layaway and the fee will be based on the number of months the item was on layaway.
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.
