Ruby Lane has launched a special promotion: Open a shop and the $75 set-up fee is waived. This special limited time promotion is on now, through October 31, 2012.

You'll enjoy the immediate benefit of Ruby Lane's considerable, highly targeted visitor traffic for Vintage, as well as Handcrafted Jewelry. Your items rank highly in search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing since they are part of the Ruby Lane community, plus they are automatically placed in Google Shopping and The Find.
New Tools and Features
We are always adding new features to the site. There is a new look to our Search pages, the ability to Skype with customers, the ability to accept Amazon Payments, and our mobile site has just been launched. As always, we have a robust social community which includes Pinterest, Facebook and Google+. Our occasional Ruby Red Tag 50% Off Sale brings additional buzz and excitement before, during and after each Sale.
Hands-On Mentoring
Our free Shop Mentoring Program offers personalized, optional guidance to new shops. Our Roving Mentors cruise the site on an ongoing basis, offering optional tips and guidance to sellers who would like help improving their shop. Our Ruby Lane shop Mentors are veteran shop owners who are/have been Ruby Lane shops themselves. They understand what it takes to make an online shop successful, and what pitfalls to avoid - especially if you're new to the process.
We're a Juried site
We take pride in the products we offer, so we vet and jury every seller on the site. We want to give our shoppers the best possible online experience for Vintage as well as Handcrafted Jewelry. Try finding that anywhere else online! We also have tools in place to make sure sellers follow our guidelines for selling on Ruby Lane.

We were voted the top site to sell on in the 2010 ECommerce Bytes Sellers Choice Awards; voted third place in 2011, and second place (just behind Amazon.com) in 2012 (voted on by over 7,500 online sellers). The same 2012 survey awarded us first place in both customer service and communication.

It is really that simple - request to open a shop by October 31, 2012 and you won't be charged the usual $75 Set-Up Fee. Since we are a juried site, your shop must meet our guidelines and be approved by our review staff.
