Yesterday, eCommerceBytes.com (formerly AuctionBytes.com), an independent trade publication for online merchants, released its 2012 Seller’s Choice Marketplace Ratings. Ruby Lane ranked as the number two online marketplace to sell on.

More than 7,200 online sellers rated 16 ecommerce sites including eBay, Amazon, Bonanza, Craigslist, Etsy, TIAS and Ruby Lane. eCommerceBytes survey researched online sellers opinions on sites' profitability, customer service, communication, ease of use and if they would recommend the site to others.

We are pleased to report that Ruby Lane not only ranked second overall (just behind Amazon.com), but sellers ranked Ruby Lane's customer service and communications #1.
